What BaCare is

BaCare connects households in Riyadh with licensed cleaning companies. The cleaning is carried out by those companies and their staff, not by BaCare directly.

Booking and payment

Prices shown in the app include value added tax at the rate set by the Saudi authorities. Payment is taken through a licensed payment provider. The amount you are shown before you confirm is the amount you are charged.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms, including any fee that applies close to the appointment, will be stated here and in the app before you confirm a booking.

Your responsibilities

Give an accurate address and safe access to the property, and tell us anything the cleaner needs to know to work safely.

Contact us using the address at the foot of this page. The final version of this document will set out how complaints are handled and within what time.
